Hi
I see there is a problem with firefox 29:
Warning -- it had been reported and we have confirmed that version 29.0 of Firefox can fail with a core dump. One quick solution is to backup the user's .mozilla directory and let Firefox create a new one. This has the problem of not retaining the user's bookmarks etc. You may want to update to 
29.0.1, which we hope has corrected the issue.
