[xstreamos-discuss] xs153 pkg update issue

Ok, as you can see, every conflict is between a 1.153 and a 1.154 package, both trying to deliver the same file.
The problem here is that, for example, system/library/math has changed in 1.154 not to deliver that file any more, but your pkg update is trying to stick with old
system/library/math/header-math
1.153, but update to
system/library/math 1.154 at the same time

pkg update: The following packages all deliver file actions to
usr/include/complex.h:
pkg://sonicle.com/system/library/math/header-math@0.5.11,5.11-1.153.0.0.0:20130404T003707Z
pkg://sonicle.com/system/library/math@0.5.11,5.11-1.154.0.0.0:20151007T162624Z
The reason why it's not updating header-math is that some other package may be requiring the older version.
Same goes for network/ftp, sticking to 1.153.
To understand this you may try a manual update check of these packages, as root:
# pkg update -nv
pkg://sonicle.com/system/library/math/header-math
and
# pkg update -nv pkg://sonicle.com/network/ftp
and see the output.
This will not actually update them but just check what would be done.

The output is huge, didn't want to bog the mail down with it, so I
attached the majority of the errors as pkg-update-conflicts, however
here are some excerpts.

What happened, is that moving from xs153 (yours) to xs154 (current) had some
annoying issue using pkg update.
I bet some of the guys here remember about it!
I may help you with a new iso installer (which is not yet official), but if
you exactly cut/paste the errors you get from the pkg update I can let you
out of the hurdle!

Hi Everyone,
First off, you have all done an outstanding work on this illumos
distribution and I wanted to give it a try, so I recently installed
XStreamOS Desktop and have been toying with the idea of switching to
this from OI-Hipster as my daily driver, however for the past three
days I am unable to get past trying to do a `pkg update`, I keep
getting messages regarding "file actions" and "multiple actions with
conflicting attributes".
I have been attempting to find information on this, however there is
either not a lot of information on this or I am looking in the wrong
places. The closest I have come is Gabriele mentioning in an archived
mail that:
"The current iso installer at SF has some issues during pkg update,
because of some important updates we made during 2015, so you will
need some help from me to update, running a couple of pkg commands to
get to the latest update version.
We will be publishing a new iso 2016 shortly with all updated to
latest packages, and solving the 2015 issue.
You decide if you want to wait the 2016 iso or run a couple of
commands after installing 2015 iso :)

I am seeking assistance on how to overcome this hurdle, what are the
pkg commands that I need to run?
